Travel by Car From Wales, join the M53 at Chester. (Follow
the A55 from North Wales, or the A483 from Wrexham.) From the M53, take exit 2 and follow signs for Hoylake and West Kirby.On
the way you will pass through Moreton and Meols. From the Midlands and South exit the M6 at junction 20
and follow the M56 Westwards towards North Wales/Birkenhead. After the Chester services, follow the lane for the M53to Birkenhead.

From the North and Scotland, exit the M6 at junction 24 and take the M58 to Liverpool. At the end of
the M58, follow signs for Liverpool city centre/tourist attractions/Albert Dock. As you get nearer the city, you will see
signs for "Wallasey (tunnel)" which you should follow. This will take you through the mersey tunnel (you will need to
pay a toll) and out onto the M53 at junction 1.Carrying on along the M53, take exit 2 and follow signs for Hoylake and West
Kirby.You will pass through Moreton and Meols. From Manchester and the East, follow the M62 towards Liverpool
all the way to the end of the motorway. Follow signs for Liverpool city centre/tourist attractions/Albert Dock. As you get
nearer the city, you will see signs for "Wallasey (tunnel)" which you should follow. This will take you through the Mersey
tunnel (you will need to pay a toll) and out onto the M53 at junction 1 From the M53, take exit 2 and follow signs for
Hoylake and West Kirby. On the way you will pass through Moreton and Meols.

Travel by Train If you are travelling from Chester, take the service to Birkenhead's
Hamilton Square. From there, change onto the Westbound Wirral Line train towards West Kirby. Alight at either Hoylake or
West Kirby stations. If you are travelling from Wrexham, take the Liverpool train and change at Bidston Moss onto the Westbound
Wirral Line train towards West Kirby. Alight at either Meols Hoylake or West Kirby stations. All other visitors should
take mainline trains to Liverpool Lime Street.From there you should head for the Merseyrail underground service where you
will need to buy a ticket to Hoylake or West Kirby stations.Take a Wirral Line service destined for West Kirby. The journey
should take around 25 minutes.

Travel by Bus There is a National Express terminal about half a mile from Liverpool
LimeStreet station where you can catch a Merseyrail service to the Wirral. Alternatively, you can arrange to alight at Birkenhead
from where you can also catch the Merseyrail service, easiest from Hamilton Square.There is also a National Express stop
in Hoylake, from wherethe coach does a London return journey, although this is quite a lengthy trip as there are many service
stops along the way.
